Program Overview
The symposium will begin with a panel discussion on health technology development, followed by presentations and a Q&A session with Cooper inventors.
Presenting Inventors:
- Joseph Lombardi MD FACS – Inventor of a thoracoabdominal hybrid graft.
- Jeffrey Carpenter MD and Katherine McMackin MD MS – Inventors of an antegrade femoral artery entry device.
- Robert Hirsh MD and Larry Mulligan PhD – Inventors of a wearable multimodal sensory system for cardiac health monitoring.
- Larry Mulligan PhD FAHA and Jeffrey Hill MSc ACS – Creators of technology for assessing cardiac function and vascular health.
- David Shersher MD in collaboration with Wissam Abouzgheib MD – Conducted a proof-of-concept study with a new prototype device for clearing pleural ependymas.
